The Shiva Shack

I am Reiki Master, I have practiced with and been attuned by Tami Hoffman and Simon Jet. Reiki has been a huge part of my path and one of my many passions. I also have been working with sound healing since 2014. I started collecting and working with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls which guided me to leading meditations and offering private sound healing sessions. Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. My practice has helped me to learn about myself, to move through life’s challenges, and to deepen my spiritual connection.

I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Omaha Yoga School and my 500 hour Master Tantra Yoga training with Durga’s Tiger School in Ecuador. I will always be a student of the practice. I am deeply grateful for all the wisdom my teachers have shared with me and the space they have held for me to experience, so I can do the same for my students.

 I want you to feel, experience, and learn when you walk into my space. I am here to hold space for you to discover and heal. Your wisdom is within you as it is within all of us.
