Service Description

This session is a sacred space for you to be heard. Continuous expression allows for you to process your emotions, find clarity, and guidance on your healing journey. The answers lie within you. In this session we will begin by sitting in 5 minutes of silence to sink into the space, followed by 45 minutes of self expression. We will close the session with breathworks and clearing your energy. I am not a psychiatrist, counselor, or life coach. I will not diagnos or express any opinions, predictions or judgement on your situation.
